Cheryl Ann (Hartsell) Schenk, of Ocean City, Md., passed away June 9, 2021.
She was born Dec. 6, 1956, in Kingwood, the daughter of Bill and Doris (Garlitz) Hartsell, of Morgantown.
Cheryl Attended school in Dundalk and Bel Air, Md. She attended nursing school and became an LPN.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 29 years, Michel Schenk; and children: Jennifer Snyder and husband Darhl Gehran Duash, Zachary Daush and wife Diana, Laura Bradford and husband Mark, Addeline Moore and husband Ethan and Joel Schenk and girlfriend Darian; and grandchildren: Isabella and Reece Bradford, Mila and Ethan Daush and Braxden Schenk.
Also surviving are siblings, Debra Hines, Denise Messenger and husband Ron and Brian Hartsell and wife Kim.
Cheryl’s wish was to donate her body for science research. A memorial service is planned.
