Stonerise, Harmony announce preferred partnership relationship

MORGANTOWN — Stonerise, West Virginia’s leading provider of clinician-led transitional care, and Harmony Senior Services, with four senior living communities throughout the Mountain State, recently announced a strategic alliance as preferred patient care partners, according to a press release.

“We are proud to recommend Harmony to our patients and their families if they need assisted living, independent living or memory care support. Stonerise also supports Harmony Senior Services patients who may need skilled nursing, therapy or home health care,” Stonerise CEO Larry Pack said in the release.

Stonerise provides clinician-led skilled nursing care through 17 care centers throughout West Virginia, along with therapy, home health and hospice services, with a focus on supporting patients through major transitions along their health journeys. Harmony offers assisted living, independent living and memory care support to residents.

“Everyone’s individual health journey is different, and Stonerise has always wanted to meet that variety of needs by going beyond long-term skilled nursing care,” Pack said. “We are committed to helping patients connect with and navigate the services or providers, like Harmony, that they may need outside The Stonerise Network.”

The preferred partnership with Harmony creates additional opportunities for Stonerise to provide a comprehensive patient experience.

Harmony has 36 communities in 11 states across the Southeast, including four in West Virginia: Bridgeport, Charleston, Martinsburg and Morgantown.

Harmony’s chief sales and marketing officer, Margaret Cabell said, “We are so excited for this partnership with Stonerise. They have been such a great partner throughout this pandemic, and we look forward to continuing our work with them as things get back to normal.”
