Connie Ruth Price, 62, of Cassville, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, in J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born Dec. 9, 1958 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Glenn Norman Barr and Edra Grace Eddy Barr.
Mrs. Price worked for various hotels as a housekeeper.
Surviving is her husband, Jesse S. Price Jr.; one son, Jesse S. Price III and wife Sonya, of Cassville; one daughter, Melinda Shaffer and husband Edward, of Blacksville; several brothers and sisters; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild on the way.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Barr; one sister, Ellen Wright; and a sister who died as an infant.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
