DHHR offers free COVID vaccine clinics for ages 80 and up in Morgantown, Clarksburg on Jan. 14

The Department of Health and Human Resources will offer two area COVID-19 vaccine clinics for residents age 80 and up on Thursday.

A Morgantown clinic will be offered 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the West Virginia Army National Guard, Morgantown Readiness Center, 90 Army Band Way, near the Morgantown airport. The clinic is appointment only and is already full, DHHR said.

A Clarksburg clinic will be offered 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Nathan Goff Armory, 5 Armory Road, Clarksburg. This clinic is also appointment only. Call the Harrison County COVID vaccine hotline, 304-423-7969, to schedule.

These free clinics are among the 14 Gov. Jim Justice announced Monday as part of Operation Save Our Wisdom. Approximately 6,300 vaccines in total will be allocated to the 14 clinics.
