MD woman charged with selling meth

KINGWOOD — A Maryland woman is charged with selling meth to an undercover Preston Sheriff’s  deputy on three occasions.

 Emily J. Armstrong, 36, of Accident, Md., was in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail Monday in lieu of $25,000 bond.   She is charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, which is a felony.

According to a criminal complaint, on Feb. 26, Armstrong sold 18.2 grams of meth to the officer for $300; on March 12 she sold 1.9 grams of meth for $90; and on March 16, sold 2.4 grams of meth for $125.

That’s a total of 22.5 grams (0.794 ounces) and $515.
