Investigation continues in April 29 shooting

The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate the April 29 shooting death of 51-year-old Tamatha Pillo.

Sheriff Perry Palmer said the investigation is ongoing and there are a lot of questions to be answered still.

Her stepfather, Donald Davis, 73, said she was involved a domestic dispute prior to her death, according to Palmer.

Palmer has said the community is not in danger, but has not released information on the shooter.
