Dorsey Avenue, between South High Street and Don Knotts Boulevard, was closed Wednesday morning until 1 p.m., as Morgantown Utility Board crews conducted scheduled video inspections of sanitary lines. The eastbound lane of Earl L. Core Road in the area of Hartman Run Road was also closed until 4 p.m. as crews cleaned sewer lines. Tweet @DominionPostWV
