Church shows gratitude to deputies who help them on Sundays

Each Sunday, the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office provides deputies to assist with directing traffic entering and exiting Chestnut Ridge Church parking lots. The church sees thousands of vehicles flow through the area Sunday mornings.
To recognize their efforts, the director of the church’s safety and security team, Mike Homchenko, presented the deputies with gifts Thursday at the sheriff’s office.
