MORGANTOWN -- The West Virginia State Police Morgantown Detachment is seeking information about two credit card fraud suspects, a man and a woman who acted together. The incident occurred between 1:45 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. Feb. 14 at the Kroger store on Patteson Drive.
