Deputy finds burglary suspect at strip club

MORGANTOWN — A man is charged with nighttime burglary after a woman said she caught him in her home on Earl L. Core Road.
Robert F. Casper, of Dellslow, is charged with the crime by the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department.
A woman told a deputy she caught Casper “rummaging through property in the living room,” a criminal complaint said. There were several bags of stuff already packed in the middle of the room, it said.
Casper ran away after being confronted and was later found by a deputy at Exotica Strip Club, the complaint said.
He told the deputy he was in the home, he packed he bags and he was confronted by the woman and left before the deputy arrived, the complaint said. Casper also said he had permission to be in the home and “take whatever he wanted.” The woman denied giving him permission, according to the complaint.
