MORGANTOWN — Morgantown Police are investigating a reported battery they said occurred around 1:30 a.m. Dec. 2, at the parking garage on the corner of Chestnut Street and University Avenue.
According to a release, when officers arrived on scene, four people were identified as having been involved in an altercation.
Information and statements were given to the officer by the subjects involved.
Officers are also reviewing video footage of the incident, which was recorded on the parking garage security camera.
Charges in the case are pending, however the case is still under investigation.
