• Gardner,  William Earl, 39, of Terra Alta -- possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (meth), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Xanax).
• Inscore,  Earl Ernest, 45, of Tunnelton, 45 --  three counts delivery of a controlled substance (meth), possession with intent to deliver meth, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

• Wolfe,  David Lee II, 39, of Masontown -- third-offense driving on license suspended or revoked for DUI.
• Valentine,  Michael, 34, of Tygart Valley Regional Jail -- attempted first-degree murder, malicious assault.
