Bruceton Mills woman charged after man claims she hit him with broomstick

KINGWOOD — A Bruceton Mills woman was charged with domestic battery after allegedly hitting a man with a broomstick and pouring beer on a puppy.
Nancy Ann Spiker, 55, was charged Wednesday. According to the criminal complaint by Preston Sheriff’s Cpl. C.R. Cline, the alleged victim told deputies Spiker hit him in the head with a broomstick, and there were injuries to his face consistent with his statements.
Spiker was also allegedly seen dumping beer on a puppy, according to the complaint.
