Three people arrested for drug-related charges

MORGANTOWN — Three people were arrested by Morgantown Police as part of the on-going fight against the distribution of drugs in Morgantown.
Police also confiscated six types of drugs, two guns and cash.
Christopher Sean Howard, 31, Wallace Jurelle Kelley, 27, both of Morgantown, and Victoria Marie Pardiac, 28, of Warren, Mich., were charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy.
According to a press release from Morgantown Police Chief Ed Preston, the three were arrested after police executed a search warrant on a Southview Drive home at 5 a.m. Friday.
Two guns, 29.5 grams of cocaine, about 16 grams of heroin, 26 Hydrocodone pills, six Xanax pills, three grams of marijuana, $4,088 in cash and other drug paraphernalia were taken in the raid, according to the release.

Each count of possession with intent is punishable by one to five years in prison and/or a fine up to $15,000. Felony conspiracy is punishable by one to five years in prison and/or a fine of no more than $10,000.
Each faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
All three are being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
