Thelma Minnie Mitchell, age 93, of Masontown, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018, at her home following an extended illness.
She was born March 4, 1925, in Woodbridge, Pa., and was a daughter of the late William and Mildred Marie (O’Neil) Mitchell.
She is survived by her six children, Samuel Isaac Jacobs and his companion and family friend, Mary Copeland, of Morgantown, Sarah Elizabeth Jacobs, of Mansfield, Ohio, Mildred Nemes and her husband Robert, of Cape Coral, Fla., Annalee Sanford, of Masontown, Michelle Larson and her husband Greg, of Ocala, Fla., and Charles William Jacobs and his wife Christine, of Ind.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Isaac Jacobs.
Mrs. Mitchell’s request for no public services have been honored by her family.
