Franklin Delano Radcliff, age 81, was born Jan. 3, 1937, in Arthurdale. He passed away June 17, 2018, in Temple, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Zay Radcliff; sister, Wanda Radcliff; and five brothers, Hugh, Jules, Warnd, Cecil Jr. and Robert.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; children, Franklin Jr. (Robin), Belinda Cammarn and Brenda (Joe) Davis; two sisters, Barbara Teets and Donna (Bill) Raley.
