Ruth B. Duley, 79, of Morgantown, gained her angel wings on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, while surrounded by her family.
Hastings Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements. Visitation will be held at Hastings Funeral Home, from 2-4 p.m., on Monday, July 2 and from 10-11 a.m., on Tuesday, July 3, with the funeral service to follow with Pastor Gary Smith officiating.
