Botanic garden offers summer camps for kids

MORGANTOWN — This summer, the West Virginia Botanic Garden will offer several camps for children entering grades pre-K through 8th grade during June and July.
The Curious Kids (grades pre-K-1) and Nature Explorers (grades 2-5) camps are nature-themed and include exploration, activities and crafts.
During Camp SOAR: Stewardship, Outdoor Appreciation and Readiness (grades 5-8), campers will meet community members who work in the outdoors, gain a better appreciation of the world around them though explorations and reflection, and participate in a conservation project.
Register online at wvbg.org. Contact Erin Smaldone at Erin@wvbg.org or 304-322-2093 with questions.
