KINGWOOD — A hearing for John Edward Barrett was rescheduled Feb. 22 after his attorney asked for more time to go over the pre-sentencing report with him.

Barrett, 38, of Rowlesburg, was indicted in October on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance (Subutex), two counts of possession with intent to deliver (Subutex) and two counts of conspiracy.

His attorney, Rebecca Eritano, noted the report was not filed until Feb. 15. Eritano said she and Barrett found three errors in the first eight pages and asked for more time to look it over. The prosecutor’s office did not object, and Circuit Judge Lawrance Miller Jr. granted the motion.
