REEDSVILLE — Council voted Nov. 27 to set up an interview with an applicant for town police officer and discussed several other matters.

Only one person has applied for the police officer position. Council also voted to have Mayor Jason Titus contact Manpower and the unemployment office about applicants who might be interested in law enforcement positions.

In other discussions, Recorder Sandy Kisner questioned whether she has a vote on council or not.

“I don't know if you have a vote or not, it doesn't say,” Titus said. Councilman Jim Wagner said he believes Kisner does have a vote.

“It needs to be clarified,” Kisner said.
