DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE: runs for six weeks, 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays or Thursdays, starting March 21. Designed for ages 13 and older. No experience needed. ANIMAL FRIENDS CANINE EGG FETCH: will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Marilla main pavilion. Registration by donation starts at 12:30 p.m. 1,000 hidden treat-filled eggs. First-, second- and third-place prizes, and a grand prize winner. Door prizes, lucky eggs and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. New this year, pet blessings. Arrive early so it can start on time. All dogs must be on a leash and supervised by an adult at all times.

BOSS BABES MORGANTOWN MEET UP: 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesday at 123 Pleasant Street, featuring mingling, intersectional feminism, snacks, speakers, activities and vendors. The event is free and all-inclusive. March's theme is renewal: Hear from local women what renewal means to them. Two speakers will present for 10 minutes each on a topic. Info:

SPRING BASKET DRAWING: hosted by Mannington Woman’s Club. Baskets on display through Tuesday at North Marion Senior Center. Drawing will be on Tuesday. BIG BUCKS BINGO: sponsored by Kingwood Lions Club, 3 p.m. April 7 at the Kingwood Eagles. Games start at 4 p.m. Cost is $30. Refreshments available. Proceeds used to provide eye exams and eyeglasses for the visually impaired in the Kingwood area.

JANE LEW FIREMAN’S SPRING CRAFT SHOW: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. April 7 and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. April 8 at the Jane Lew Fire Department, one mile off exit 105 on I-79. Crafts of wood, floral, jewelry, glass, candy, stone, sewing, pottery, dolls, soaps and lotions, cards and more. Info: 304-269-7329.

DESIGNER PURSE BINGO: a fundraiser for the Marion County Humane Society, which runs the county’s no-kill shelter, April 8 at the Knights of Columbus in Fairmont. Sponsors needed — sponsorship is $75 to help defray the cost of a purse, sponsors receive a free ticket to the event. Donations of goods/services to fill baskets for drawings also needed.
