FESTIVAL OF TREES AT GALLERY 62 WEST: presented by Taylor County Arts Council and Taylor County Collaborative Family Resource Network. Silent auction for decorated trees raises money for both. Bidding ends at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Bidding by proxy is allowed. Place maximum bid in a sealed envelope and a representative will bid for you in $5 increments. Trees on display now for viewing. ARTHURDALE HERITAGE CRAFT SHOP: has holiday shopping hours from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 p.m Sunday through Dec. 23. Features artisan-made items for the home and gift-giving.

PATTY’S ART SPOT: 3399 University Avenue, Star City, hosts work by local artists, prints and originals by Patty, purses and Christmas stockings. Gift certificates available for the holidays. Hours: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday and Saturday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, closed Sunday and Monday.

“ART EXHIBIT II” by JANE C. MICHAEL: at Slight Indulgence/Suncrest during December. All new paintings include both oil and watercolor. Paintings are displayed in the café portion of Slight Indulgence, which is open from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The café hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday– Thursday and Saturday: 11 a.m.p-2 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. Friday.

THE DIAMOND SHOP: hosts “Who Are We Now?” an exhibition of new figurative painting featuring Caitlyn Lewis, Adam Herrick, David Dorsey, Patrick Bayly, John P. Kuehn and Julianne Miele, through Dec. 29.

MORGANTOWN ART ASSOCIATION: hosts its annual holiday bazaar featuring a variety of items, including paintings, soaps, knitted items, ornaments, bath salts, jewelry, cards and more. Items will be priced at $100 or less.
