PADEN CITY — Travis Dille rushed for 183 yards and one touchdown as Clay-Battelle defeated Paden City, 32-7, on Oct. 6.

Logan Forquer ran for 68 yards and a score and hauled in a 36-yard touchdown pass.

C-B (5-1) quarterback Seth Casino completed 7 of 9 passes for 117 yards and a score.

Paden City (1-5) notched its touchdown on its opening drive, as Michael Shreves and Bryant McKay teamed on a 7-yard pass.

“We thought we had good coverage,” Cee-Bees coach Ryan Wilson said. “The kid made a nice catch.”

That was one of the few offensive highlights for Paden City.

“Paden City played well and had a good game plan,” Wilson said. “Our kids played well too. Our defense really stepped up.

“After the first drive, we pretty much shut them down. Offensively, we were pleased. We were doing exactly what we wanted: We were making plays.”

The Cee-Bees return to action Oct. 13, at Cameron.
