KINGWOOD — Bruceton Mills resident Virgil Lee Hall did not waive extradition Dec. 6 to face charges Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania authorities have charged Hall, 44, with strangulation, making terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, unlawful restraint causing serious bodily injury, simple assault, harassment and trespassing.

Monongalia County Judge Susan Tucker set bond at $250,000 on the extradition matter. She held the extradition hearing because Preston Circuit Judge Lawrance Miller Jr. is out this week. Miller will hear the full extradition hearing.

Hall is being held without bail on charges from Preston County of kidnapping, attempted murder, malicious wounding and strangulation.
