MORGANTOWN — A 27-year-old man shot two of his brothers during a New Year’s Eve altercation, according to a criminal complaint.

The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department charged Robert W. Cralton, of Morgantown, with two counts of malicious wounding. He was arraigned in Mon County Magistrate Court on Jan. 1 with bail set at $150,000.

According to his criminal complaint: Cralton shot his two brothers on Cassville-Mount Morris Road following a dispute.

The two brothers were trying to leave a residence when Cralton came outside with a pistol and shot them.

One was hit in the leg and the other in the stomach. Neither injury is believed to be life threatening.
