MORGANTOWN — After 10 days of incarceration for violating the terms of her home confinement, Ashton Cutright-Bray, the former Arts Monongahela director, was allowed to return to home confinement following a Mar. 8 hearing.

She was sentenced to one to 10 years in prison, but that was suspended in lieu of a year of home confinement. She also had to spend four weekends in jail and repay about $4,000. Cutright-Bray pleaded guilty to felony embezzlement.
