WEIRTON — Matt Hartman caught a two-point conversion pass from William Larch to send Weir to victory Friday.
Grafton (0-4) held a 21-6 lead heading into the fourth quarter, but the Red Riders scored
16 unanswered points to pull out the win.
Cole Collins scored on a 5- and 1-yard run for the Bearcats.
Nate Moses led Grafton with 89 yards rushing on 12 carries.
